Exchange 2010 SP2 with Office 365 HYBRID

Actually we Success to implement the coexistence between both our exchange 2010 SP2 on premises and Exchange Online (part of office 365) but actually we suffered to make it work for different reasons:

1st    we wanted to point our MX record to the outlook.com, so that all emails delivered to Office 365 then route emails that resides on on-premises mailboxes.

2nd  We are using Email Appliance that act as smart host, so it made the implementation more difficult.

3rd  After finish the Hybrid configuration, there was a problem which was very strange, which is:
we can receive emails sent to group of users but not direct email to user i.e
group@OurDomain.com was delivered successfuly.
BUT userMail@OurDomain.com sometimes we receive and sometimes not.
and we couldn't discover the issue.

4th   Problems faced after Migration :

When we try to send email to office 365 cloud user mailbox we receive the following error:

-cannot send email from on premises mail to cloud 365 user+550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found

after hours of Googling and changing our send connector many times the solution was very silly :)
go to outlook--> options--->mail--->then find (Empty Auto-Complete List).
after this we can send email (thanks to Microsoft Support).

5th  Microsoft support said to us that you can't point your MX record to the cloud until we move all the mailboxes to Exchange Online, and the only option will work is to point our MX record to our Op-premises Exchange servers (this information make me crazy, because officially they mentioned many times, that customer can point there MX record to the cloud during Hybrid coexistence).
Actually after we point our MX record to the cloud all emails delivered successfully to mailboxes (regardless on the cloud or op-premises) and from cloud mailbox to on-premises mailbox and vise versa.

6th  After Migrating 3 Mailboxes to the Exchange online, we faced 1 big issue, one of the three mailboxes user we success to log in to office 365 portal, but the other 2 users can't access office 365 portal neither their mailbox.
