After receiving continuously the previous two errors in 1 Exchange 2010 Client Server, finally my problem was solved by replacing (2) web.config files in the following locations ( I copy both web.config files from the other working CAS server.
1- C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa
2- C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\exchweb\ews
the problem that theses two files where corrupted for some reason i don't know.
